MEDUSA is an animated feature developed at Sony Pictures Animation as an alternate retelling of the classic Greek myth, with Medusa reimagined as the misunderstood monster and unlikely hero. I was hired to direct the film alongside Bruce Smith (THE PROUD FAMILY). The project is a big, fantastical family adventure about a young woman who is transformed into the very thing she’s been taught to fear — and must embrace who she really is in order to help heal a world divided between humans and monsters.
